Epsilon's approach is that individuals develop best through a combination of challenging assignments, knowledge transfer between peers and through various training courses.

The consultant needs to understand the customer and the dynamics of the consulatncy business, have high technical expertise and problem solving skills, and be outgoing and social to be complete in their professional capacity. That is, possess BQ (Business Quotient), IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient).

Proven training - From Words To Action

What training is right for you depends partly on your professional role. From Words To Action, a cross-discipline training, is Epsilon's own management training. A focused training scheme to give you greater insight into our business concept, and facilitates development on a personal and professional level.

The goal is to create a deeper understanding and knowledge of subjects such as leadership, business skills, legal issues, communication and sales. Training is carried out in collaboration with EFL, the School of Economics in Lund. There is a total of five training sessions with a two-day residential part.

Technology

As a newly qualified graduate, you will have a dialogue with your supervisor and get introduced to methods and tools so that you get into the work quickly. We help you develop your creative side.

As an experienced engineer you work independently and enjoy increased technical responsibility. Maybe you want to become a Project Engineer or Project Manager, where you are responsibility for other people in the project?.

One possibility is to become a Technology Manager with responsibility for skills in a particular field. Another career path is as a specialist, when you train your staff and take responsibility for business intelligence.
